1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
    •    Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    Provide:
    •    A clear photo of the damage
    •    Your order number
    •    If the fault is ours, we offer a full refund or replacement.

2. Refund Process
    •    Refunds processed within 14 days of approval
    •    Refunds made to the original payment method

3. Warranty
    •    3-year warranty against manufacturing defects
    •    Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage


Change of Mind Returns

If you have purchased goods from our website as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Once cancellation has been accepted, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for all return transportation costs unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, resulting in a reduction in their resale value.

Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received and inspected. Any refund will be made using the original payment method.
